Upon request we retrofit your old circular grinding machine made by Karstens using up-to-date technology. In this way, you are able to operate your machine cost-efficiently for another few years. We have all spare parts on stock for all series of the circular grinding machines made by Karstens. You may choose yourself, if we perform services at your premises or if you send us the components for repair to our company. Today we are already responsible for more than 350 satisfied customers. We support you also directly on the service phone at any time. Thanks to our great experience we are able to repair numerous failures together with you even without service on site.
It is no bother for us to maintain a Karstens ASA circular grinding machine, year of manufacture 1960 and a Karstens K60 CNC circular grinding machine, year of manufacture 1998.

Our employees will be glad to inform you about the type and scope of their activity. However, they are not entitled to issue legally binding statements or to accept payments. For these matters the customer should directly contact the company management.
In order to ensure a smooth proceeding of the tasks to be performed the customer should ensure corresponding assistance and if necessary request manufacturer to deliver the required tools and spare parts in due time.
Our company is liable in so far as faulty performed works are repaired free of charge. The claim on rework is null and void, if the customer does not immediately notify the deficiency. If the customer performs reworks himself without consultation the liability is null and void.
Beside the claim on rework the customer cannot claim any further demands or other claims due to possible disadvantages resulting of faulty performance of works.
After terminating the work the customer must convince himself of the proper performance of such work and confirm it by his signature on the assembly order.
